GLUTEN FREE COOKIES!

A friend, Kat, knowing of my incredible prowess in the kitchen, told me of a "cheat" recipe for cookies using cake mix. Recently Betty Crocker started selling a Gluten Free cake mix at Publix, so I decided to have at it. Today is my third go round...

I added 1/2 cup of sugar to the recipe. Also, after I dumped the cookie dough on the baking tray, I sprinkled some mini chocolate chips on top.

I used the new Reynold's no-stick baking foil to line the pan and that made removing the "done's" and prepping the next batch so much easier!

[Note! I can NOT recommend this stuff! It left a shiny film on the bottom of the cookies and does not taste good...]

I also added a cheap "cookie scoop" to my gear that made portion control easier, but you can see what that was worth, though I did improve a bit on the second batch!

Sweet!

And had to use up the last bits of dough...

Also, I added a new video- sit back relax, go full screen and high rez and enjoy!

Also added- and it took 14 hours to upload this 37 second high rez segment taken out of the Bird Study video, the seconds where there is a streak across the field, first as it was shot, and then repeated four times slowed 5X. Have no idea what it is and hoping someone might have a clue! See it here, go full screen, full rez, use the pause button... and let me know!

Comments:
Keep it up, Jud. I'm getting very close to picking up and moving down. Not even kidding.

BTW...I love the chocolate GF cake mix but not the yellow so much.
