And the first day of the new decade begins at 60 degrees with gusting winds, steady rain and gray skies here in Homosassa Florida. At Midnight, it was just slightly cool, and I could see the Blue Moon barely glowing through some thin high clouds as I listened to the blasts of amateur fireworks going off all around my neighborhood. First TV of the new year? The Tournament of Roses Parade! Happy New Year!
